- Express Shipping is not available for P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
- Some countries are required to use EMS Shipping.
- Orders will be processed and generally shipped in 3 business days.
- We will do our best to deliver your package as soon as possible. However, additional time may be required if there are issues resolving the delivery address or clearing customs.
- Any change requests after your order has been submitted cannot be guaranteed.
- If your order hasn’t arrived after more than 21 days, please contact us at info@innosfound.com. We recommend contacting customer support within 180 days of the purchase date.
- INNOSFOUND is not responsible for the loss of the package in case of using a virtual addressor incorrect address.
INNOSFOUND is currently unable to predict whether or not you will be charged a fee or what that fee might be. Please contact your local customs office for further information. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are always the recipient’s responsibility. Fees charge depends on the country of delivery, and must be paid to the local tax authority upon receipt of your package.
Customers can request a full refund within 24 hours after placing an order on innosfound.com. Please note that we will charge a transaction fee if you apply for a refund after 12 hours of ordering.(2.6% for credit card users). If the item has already been moved to the shipping stage so we cannot cancel your order at this point. For change of mind, please contact at info@innosfound.com.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product(s) to INNOSFOUND within 30 days from the date of the item was received.Please contact us at info@innosfound.com and include your name, order number and the item(s) you want to return. Our staff will reply within 1-2 business days. Please note that we will charge a transaction fee if you apply for the refund (2.6% for credit card users,).Please note that :
- Any returned item must be not open box product.
- Any returned item must be returned with, product manuals, cables, and all accessories, we will not accept any returns if the product is damaged or missing in-the-box accessories.
- Shipping charges are not refundable,customer assumes all shipping charges, or any other fees associated with the transportation of the product to our facility.
- INNOSFOUND is not responsible for lost or damaged products.
After we receive the returned item, please allow 5-7 business days to process your refund. Refunds will only be credited back to the original payment used for purchase. Please allow a complete billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
